Digital platform
The program will be broadcasted via a digital platform that acts as a virtual conference facility. The day before the conference starts, you will receive an email with information on how to log in to the platform.
Cancellation of registration
Until July 13, cancellation is possible, and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 250 excl. VAT. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after July 13. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. Important information regarding VAT and Reversed Charge
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organization from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the digital conference registration fee.
Delegates from Sweden and private persons
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.
Delegates from an EU country
A valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise, VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. To validate your number before registering, please click here. A VAT number can’t be added afterwards to a confirmed registration.
Delegates from a Non-EU country
If you are from a country outside of the EU, you can register without a VAT number.
Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (organisationsnummer). Invoices should be paid within 30 days. An administrational fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT applies in case of incorrectly stated invoice address.
Credit card – Visa or MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We cannot register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.
